Stayed here for 1 night with my family members, had a great stay. Coffee, tea, fruit juices, and hot waffles provided in the morning. The staff was amiable plus the location was particularly good. Besides, I were close enough to Brockville for the first time, the restaurant and the lake, town and highway.
The room seemed not that clean.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with well-maintained bathrooms and fresh bedding. Breakfast was so nice with a variety of options, including delicious smoothies. The noise from neighboring guests disrupted sleep, and the overall ambiance felt a bit off, likely due to the presence of some guests in the area. Close proximity to local attractions was a plus.

It was impressive, cosy and with a comfortable bed. The food was fabulous and there were lots of dishes in the menu. The staff were accommodating, nothing too much trouble.

I thoroughly enjoyed this low cost hotel and stayed for 3 nights here. They offered decent sized and neat rooms with 2 double bed and the bathroom, for instance. The location was excellent - so close to the lake, town and highway, city centre, and the river.

Great location and nice staff.
On the second night, we were disturbed by loud guests next door. I woke up early due to the noise and was left feeling grumpy the next day. The room cleanliness was questionable as well, with dirt visible on the floor and an unkempt bathroom.

Hotel Shows its age. Carpets were extremely dirty and sheets were not laundered. Found clump or hair between sheets. Disgusting!!
